The Average Bear Shop works hard to provide quality customer service. We value each and everyone's contribution to our store, our products, and to the different organizations whom dedicate their lives to helping preserve our natural world. While dealing with our business, you will be treated with respect, and we will do what we can to ensure that you have a pleasant experience with us!
Due to the global health crisis, at this time orders that are shipped may arrive later than our usual delivery time. This is unfortunately beyond our control and we apologize for the inconvenience!
The Average Bear Shop currently does worldwide shipping!
You will receive your order anywhere from 5-10 business days from the date it is shipped out, not the date that the order is placed.
After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to 2-3 business day to process your order in our shop.
Orders that require additional information or customizations may take extra time to process.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM or on the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.
Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
*The Average Bear Shop is not responsible for any extra import taxes or duty charges placed upon your order.
Please provide a day and time for local delivery in the ADD ORDER DETAILS, or contact us via email or phone with delivery information (address + day/time). Otherwise we will contact you when your delivery is ready.

Please email (firstname.lastname@example.org), call or text us (204-761-6694) with your name, contact information, and a date/time you are able to retrieve your order (within the schedule below).
We will leave your order out for pick up on the scheduled day and time we are provided.

The Average Bear Shop will exchange only any regular priced defective or unused product
within 20 days of purchase with a receipt.
*All bath and soap products are final sale.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email along with a photo or video showing the issue to email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for any returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
